Abranet® Max
Abranet Max is a universal abrasive with net backing well-suited to many types
of sanding, particularly in the wood industry. Thanks to the net backing, it does
not clog during sanding of resinous woods or soft materials, and the surface
being sanded does not overheat. The extremely strong aluminium oxide grains
offer high cutting speeds on the hardest woods. The symmetrical mesh structure
allows for an efficient cut and excellent stock removal. The reduced pressure
required and the more uniform finish ensure constant quality in the sanding
process when using Abranet Max. It offers exceptional durability compared to
traditional abrasive belts, which translates into fewer belts required to complete
the work, as well as savings in terms of costs and production time. The product is
also suitable for applications where water is used for cooling.

Avomax® Antistatic
Developed for wood sanding applications, Avomax Antistatic’s open
coating makes it ideal for sanding materials that clog easily. The product is
ideal for sanding soft materials and resinous woods such as pine, at the same
time guaranteeing a long lifespan and smooth surface finishing. The antistatic
paper backing allows for the production of dimensionally accurate and reliable
wide belts. Resin over resin bonding and aluminium oxide grains guarantee a
very durable product.
