After cleaning the surface and
identifying the defect, start sanding
with the Mirka® AOS-B sander using
Abranet® 240 or 320 grit.
Clean and dampen surface before
sanding with Abralon® 1000 grit.
Continue sanding with Abranet® 500
grit, once the scratch has been removed
as identified in the previous step.

Continue to sand (damp) with Abralon®
2000 grit to improve surface condition.

Finally, sand with Abralon® 4000 grit
(damp) to match existing finish.

Always use the correct PPE when undertaking any sanding operation, please refer to the TDS for all information.
Always use dust extraction when undertaking any sanding operation.
- Clean the surface between every sanding step to get a better visibility of the sanding progress.
- Expand the sanded surface area after each sanding step between 5-10mm.
- Continue with Abralon® 4000 grit until the desired surface finish is achieved.
