TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices and descriptions are correct at the time of publication, however these may be reviewed at any time and
are subject to change without notice. Mirka reserves the right to change the status of products from/to standard
stock without notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to changes external to Mirka’s control. E&OE.
Due to the printing processes used the colours shown may vary from the actual item. Minimum order is £350 +
VAT. Delivery via distribution only. Standard Terms of Sale apply unless otherwise stated.
This document is the property of Mirka and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without its consent. Prices
and descriptions are given for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of Mirka’s range of products and
are provided “as is” for this purpose. Neither prices and descriptions nor this document shall constitute an offer to
supply products. Particular products and/or sales channels may, at Mirka’s election, be reserved to Mirka for the
purposes of sale to particular customers. In addition or alternatively, particular products may be subject to resale
terms set forth by Mirka from time to time including, without limitation, where products are contained within a
kit, that the individual products within that kit cannot be resold separately.
Items in blue are only available from stock in Finland and are subject to a lead time of 5 – 7 days.
Terms of Sale
Mirka (UK) Ltd’s terms of sale (together with its online reseller policy, dust extractor disclaimer and any other
policies from time to time, which appear or will appear on its website and which supplement its terms of sale)
apply to all sales of goods by Mirka (UK) Ltd. These documents can be viewed at www.mirka.co.uk under the
“Downloads” section and they form part of the contract for the sale of any goods by Mirka (UK) Ltd. An acceptance
of a Mirka (UK) Ltd quotation or an order to Mirka (UK) Ltd is an offer to purchase goods on Mirka (UK) Ltd’s terms
of sale. No contract for the sale of any goods will come into existence until Mirka (UK) Ltd has issued a written
acknowledgment or confirmation of order. Such terms of sale provide, without limitation, for the following and
your particular attention is drawn to the following:
1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices given are on an ex works basis from Mirka (UK) Ltd’s premises.
Where goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods
shall be delivered fob the air or sea port of shipment.
2. By way of a minimum purchase amount, the buyer shall purchase goods from Mirka (UK) Ltd of not less than
any quantity set by Mirka (UK) Ltd.
3. Time for payment shall be of the essence.
4. Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and Mirka (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any
delay in delivery howsoever caused. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
5. Risk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
6. Property in goods shall not pass to the buyer until Mirka (UK) Ltd has received cleared payment in full for the
price of those goods and all other goods agreed to be sold for which payment is due.
7. Except in respect of any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for it to exclude or limit its liability,
the entire liability of Mirka (UK) Ltd under or in connection with any contract for the sale of goods shall not
exceed the price of goods supplied.
8. The terms of each contract for the sale of goods shall be governed by the laws of England and the buyer
agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
